Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer and are automatically populated to our shipping labels without change. Because of this, orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses will not be reshipped or refunded.

It is the customer's responsibility to read the shipping policy correctly and place all orders in time for their desired arrival. Orders that arrive within our predicted processing/shipping window will not be exchanged, refunded, or reshipped even if a customer has not read or has misread the shipping policy.

Any scent descriptions, product recommendations, and warnings are listed on our website description for each individual item.  It is the customer's responsibility to read the descriptions and decide what is appropriate for them. Orders will not be exchanged, refunded, or reshipped due to a product's scent, recommendation, or warning.
